Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, returns are allowed.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order must include all relevant parts, components, and the packaging must be intact as it was when it arrived.
  2. The product must show signs of normal handling; any breakage resulting from careless handling is not eligible for return.
  3. Products that require hygiene standards must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  4. Any defective products must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged during this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged due to no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  • Send an email to: info@luchilondon
  • Ensure the email contains the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product if damaged
    • Customer's first name and last name
    • Customer's address

We will then contact you and provide you with the correct return address. Please do not return the item to the sender; we will send you the appropriate address once you reach out to us. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following conditions if the consumer is a natural person making a transaction for purposes not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity:

A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Right of Cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party, not the carrier, received or accepted the last item of your order.
As we use a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon placement. Unfortunately, we cannot halt the shipping process once it begins, so a refund cannot be issued once the goods have been dispatched.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (SHOP NAME) of your decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear declaration (e.g., via email). The cancellation is effective once we have received the returned goods. The cost of returning the items is borne by the buyer.

Shipments in Transit
As our products are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer than expected, and we have no control over these delays. If your order is already en route, cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive the goods, and then return them to us. You can notify us of your cancellation in advance.
To ensure a speedy return, please provide us with a shipping confirmation once the item is returned.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you choose to withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments made by you, excluding delivery costs (except for any additional charges incurred by choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer). This refund will be processed without delay and no later than 14 days from when we receive your cancellation and the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase unless we agree on another method. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
